Inclusion Criteria: * First-year undergraduate nursing students * Enrolled in the Fundamentals of Nursing course for the first time * Have viewed the online instructional videos related to ventrogluteal intramuscular injection before laboratory practice * Agree to participate voluntarily * Provide written informed consent * Attend all scheduled theoretical and laboratory training sessions Exclusion Criteria: * Graduated from a health vocational high school * Previously received formal education or training on intramuscular injection techniques * Do not attend theoretical or laboratory sessions related to the study * Do not complete the data collection tools * Withdraw from the study at any stage
