Escape games vs. simulations: finding the best way to train new doctors
NCT ID NCT07176442
Summary
This study tested three different teaching methods to see which works best for training new medical interns. Fifty-one interns in Morocco learned about diabetic ketoacidosis management through either online courses, realistic simulations, or team-based escape games. Researchers measured how much knowledge interns gained immediately and after four weeks, plus how motivated they felt about each learning approach.
