Can a few hours of training help teachers tame classroom chaos?
NCT ID NCT06127030
Summary
This study is testing whether a brief, personalized training program for teachers can help reduce disruptive behaviors in their students. 60 elementary school teachers, each dealing with a specific child's behavioral challenges, will be randomly assigned to either receive the three-session training or continue with their usual practices. The main goal is to see if the training leads to less severe problem behaviors in the classroom and improves the teacher-student relationship.
