Summary
This study looked at whether a program called Be Well Care Well can lower stress and boost well-being in preschool teachers. Researchers measured job stress and resilience in 244 teachers using surveys and also tested if collecting cortisol (a stress hormone) was practical. The goal was to see if supporting teachers could lead to better outcomes for the children they care for.
