Teaching back: a new way to help trauma patients remember?

This study looks at whether a 'teach-back' education method helps people who had surgery for broken bones in their pelvis or legs remember their injury and treatment instructions. About 216 participants will either receive this extra education or not. Researchers will measure how much patients recall, how well they follow instructions, and how satisfied they are with their care.
