Summary
This study tests a program called Tea(m)Time, designed to strengthen the resilience of hospital teams. About 150 hospital workers will take part, with some receiving the program and others acting as a control group. The goal is to see if focusing on team resilience can reduce stress and improve well-being, and to learn what helps or hinders the program's success.
