New drug tested for Tough-to-Treat transplant complication

Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called TDI01 for people with moderate to severe chronic Graft-Versus-Host Disease (cGVHD) who have tried between 1 and 5 other treatments that didn't work well enough. The main goals are to see if TDI01 is effective at controlling the disease and to check its safety. The trial will involve about 60 adult participants who have had a stem cell transplant.
