Zapping the pain away? new hope for women with debilitating migraines
NCT ID NCT05706077
Summary
This study tested whether a combination of two non-drug treatments could help women with chronic migraines. Researchers compared a mild brain stimulation technique (tDCS), physical therapy, both together, or neither, in 80 participants. The goal was to see which approach best reduced pain intensity, the number of migraine attacks, and improved daily life.
