Summary

This study looked at whether a mild electrical brain stimulation called tDCS could boost the effects of exposure therapy for people with social anxiety. About 33 adults with public speaking fears were to give speeches to audiences of different ethnic backgrounds while receiving either real or fake tDCS. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
