First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026

Summary

This study will test if a safe, non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tDCS can improve walking, heart health, and balance in 36 older adults living in the community. Participants will receive tDCS sessions, and researchers will measure changes in walking speed, blood pressure, and heart rate. The goal is to see if this simple treatment can help seniors stay active and healthy without medication.
