Summary

This study tests whether a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tDCS can improve naming ability in people who have trouble speaking after a recent stroke. Twenty-eight adults who had a stroke within the last 5 days will receive either real or fake stimulation over 5 sessions. The goal is to see if the treatment helps them name objects more accurately and quickly.
