Brain zapping trial hopes to restore blood flow in rare Stroke-Like condition

Summary
This study tests whether a mild electrical current applied to the scalp (tDCS) can increase blood flow to the brain in people with Moyamoya disease or similar conditions that reduce blood supply. About 50 participants with thinking problems will receive tDCS and have their brain blood flow measured by MRI. The goal is to see if this safe, non-invasive method can improve cognitive function.
