First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a traditional Chinese herbal formula (Tiaoshen Anti-cancer Protocol) to standard insomnia therapy (CBT-I) can improve sleep and possibly extend survival in 360 women with advanced ovarian cancer. Participants will receive either the herbal granules or a placebo, plus CBT-I, for 18 weeks. The main goals are better sleep quality and longer time without cancer progression.
