Summary
This study tests a Traditional Chinese Medicine formula, combined with AI analysis, to see if it can improve kidney function in people with diabetic nephropathy (kidney damage from diabetes). Researchers will enroll 198 adults aged 18-75 with mild to moderate kidney disease. The goal is to reduce protein in the urine and slow disease progression, aiming for better long-term kidney health.
