New CAR-T therapy trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat lymphoma
NCT ID NCT07360288
Summary
This study is testing an experimental treatment called TC011, a type of CAR-T cell therapy, in adults whose follicular lymphoma has returned or hasn't responded to at least two prior treatments. The goal is to see if this one-time infusion of a patient's own modified immune cells can effectively control the cancer and is safe. About 40 participants will be enrolled to measure how many people respond to the treatment and monitor side effects.
