Summary

This study tests a type of brain stimulation called theta-burst transcranial magnetic stimulation (TBS) to help people who experience freezing of gait—a sudden inability to move their feet while walking. Researchers will enroll 40 adults aged 40 and older who have this condition. The goal is to see if TBS can improve turning and walking, and to understand how it works in the brain.
