First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how the cholesterol-lowering drug atorvastatin behaves in the body when taken alongside standard tuberculosis (TB) medicines. Researchers will measure drug levels in 80 adults with pulmonary TB to find the best dose of atorvastatin that could help treat TB more effectively. The goal is to understand how these drugs interact and to build a model for future treatment optimization.
