Experimental cocktail targets tough lung cancer

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a three-drug combination (tazemetostat, topotecan, and pembrolizumab) in adults whose small cell lung cancer has returned after prior treatment. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combo can shrink or stabilize the cancer. About 18 participants will be enrolled.
