Wrist vs groin: which is safer for heart valve procedures?

Summary
This study aims to find out if using an artery in the wrist (radial access) is better than using one in the groin (femoral access) for the secondary imaging tube needed during a TAVI heart valve replacement. Researchers will compare the two methods in 542 patients to see which one leads to fewer bleeding problems and blood vessel complications. The goal is to make this common procedure safer by reducing side effects from the access sites.
