Summary
This study is testing whether adding taurine supplements to standard multiple sclerosis medications helps control the disease better. Researchers will follow 80 adults with MS for two years to see if taurine reduces new brain lesions, lowers relapse rates, and slows disability progression. The study will also check if taurine affects gut bacteria and brain health markers.
