Summary
This study tests whether taking taurine alongside standard MS medications can reduce brain damage, relapses, and disability. About 80 adults with relapsing-remitting MS will take either their usual therapy alone or with added taurine for 24 months. Researchers will track MRI scans, relapse rates, and cognitive function to see if taurine offers extra benefits.
