Summary
This study tests whether taking taurine, a natural amino acid, for 12 weeks can improve blood vessel health and reduce dizziness when standing up in people with Long COVID. Researchers will measure blood flow, heart rate, and brain blood pressure in 30 adults. The goal is to find a low-cost way to ease lingering symptoms.
