Summary

This study tests whether taking taurine, a common amino acid supplement, for 12 weeks can improve blood vessel health and reduce dizziness in people with Long COVID. Researchers will measure blood flow and heart function in 30 adults before and after the supplement period. The goal is to find a low-cost way to ease lingering symptoms.
