Summary
This study tested if a medication called TAU-284 was as good as an existing drug (ketotifen) at reducing itch in children with atopic dermatitis, also known as eczema. Over 300 children, aged 7 to 15, took part in this two-week, double-blind trial. The main goal was to see if the new drug could relieve the symptom of itching as effectively as the standard treatment.
