Summary
This study aims to find out if educational videos are more effective at encouraging people to use herbs and spices when they focus on improving taste or on improving health. About 400 adults in the U.S. who cook at home will watch different sets of videos online and answer questions about them. The goal is to learn which type of messaging works better to improve diet quality.
