New pill aims to reset your body clock for better sleep

Summary
This study tests whether a daily pill called tasimelteon can help people with delayed sleep-wake phase disorder fall asleep earlier and sleep better. About 70 adults aged 18-75 with this condition will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to improve sleep timing and quality without major side effects.
