Summary

This study looks at how well the body absorbs healthy compounds from tart cherry when it's eaten in a snack bar or powdered drink. Fifteen healthy adults will have their blood and urine tested after eating these items. The goal is to see if shelf-stable tart cherry products work as well as fresh tart cherry.
