Summary
This study is testing a new drug called tarlatamab as the very first treatment for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, an aggressive form of the disease. The drug works by guiding the body's own immune cells to attack the cancer. Researchers want to see if this approach can help control the cancer longer and help patients live longer than current standard treatments.
