Summary
This study tested whether using a 3D-printed surgical guide makes dental root surgery more precise and less painful. 50 adults with persistent tooth infections were randomly assigned to either guided or standard surgery. The guided approach aimed to shorten surgery time, reduce complications, and improve healing and quality of life.
