New bladder cancer drug trial offers hope for patients who Can't get standard treatment

NCT ID NCT07480356

Summary

This study is testing whether a new treatment called TARA-002 works better than standard chemotherapy for adults with high-grade non-muscle invasive bladder cancer who haven't received BCG therapy. Researchers will give TARA-002 directly into the bladder and compare it to standard chemotherapy to see which is more effective at eliminating cancer and preventing recurrence. The trial will also carefully monitor side effects and safety for both treatments.
