First seen Feb 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looked at whether combining two types of foot taping (corrective dynamic taping and kinesio taping) can improve balance, agility, and weight transfer in people with excessive subtalar pronation (flat feet). Twenty adults aged 18-35 with flat feet took part. Researchers measured balance and agility before and 45 minutes after applying the tape. The goal was to see if the taping could help correct foot position and improve movement.
