Sticky fix? taping tested for wobbly feet
NCT ID NCT07431450
Summary
This small study tested whether using two specific taping methods together could help people with a common foot alignment problem called excessive subtalar pronation. Researchers compared 20 young adults, applying the tape to half of them and checking their balance, agility, and weight distribution before and after. The goal was to see if this combined taping approach could improve physical function for this condition.
