Can special tape or exercise ease aching legs?
NCT ID NCT07228585
Summary
This study is comparing two non-drug approaches to help people with chronic venous insufficiency, a condition that can cause leg pain, swelling, and fatigue. Researchers are testing whether kinesiology taping (a special elastic tape), a program of interval exercise, or just lifestyle advice works better to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. The trial involves 33 participants who will follow their assigned program for eight weeks.
