Ancient cupping vs modern tape: battle for better posture
NCT ID NCT07373925
Summary
This study aims to see which of two non-drug treatments works better for people with an excessive forward curve in their upper spine, often called a hunchback. Researchers will compare Kinesio taping, a special elastic tape, against dry cupping therapy, an ancient technique using suction cups on the skin. The goal is to see which method is more effective at reducing pain and improving the spinal curve in physically active young adults.
