Summary
This study tested if applying a special rigid tape to correct a twisted pelvis could improve walking and balance in people with chronic ankle instability. Researchers enrolled 22 adults with a history of ankle sprains and ongoing instability. They measured walking patterns and balance before and after applying the tape over several weeks to see if it helped.
