Sticky fix for slouching? tape meets training in posture study
NCT ID NCT07182461
Summary
This study is testing whether using a special elastic tape together with posture-correcting exercises helps people with rounded shoulders and forward head posture. Researchers want to see if this combination improves muscle control, body awareness, and posture in adults. They will measure changes in shoulder and back angles, muscle strength, and how well participants can sense their head position.
