NCT ID NCT06647017

First seen May 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests if a small device that stimulates a nerve in the ear can reduce blood loss during surgery to place a dialysis graft. About 40 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the active stimulation or a sham (inactive) treatment. The main goal is to see if the active device leads to less bleeding during the procedure.
