Breast cancer drug tamoxifen tested for cystic fibrosis safety

Summary
This study tests if tamoxifen is safe for adults with cystic fibrosis who cannot take current CF drugs. About 35 people will take tamoxifen daily for 6 months and visit the clinic every 28 days. The main goal is to track any side effects or medical problems that occur.
