New drug trial aims to stop lung Cancer's return after surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether the drug taletrectinib can prevent lung cancer from coming back after surgery. It compares the drug against a placebo (sugar pill) in 180 patients whose lung tumors have been completely removed and who have a specific genetic marker called ROS1-fusion. The goal is to see if taking this drug after surgery keeps patients cancer-free for longer.
