This phase 3 trial tests whether the drug taletrectinib can prevent non-small cell lung cancer from coming back after surgery in people with a specific genetic change (ROS1 fusion). About 180 participants will receive either taletrectinib or a placebo daily for several years. The study measures how long people stay cancer-free and overall survival.
