This phase 3 trial tests whether monitoring tumor DNA in the blood (ctDNA) can help doctors switch hormone therapy earlier in people with ER+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer. Participants whose ctDNA levels rise—before any symptoms or scans show progression—are randomly assigned to either switch to a new drug combination (camizestrant plus abemaciclib) or stay on their current treatment.
