Summary
This study tests whether a special type of talk therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), adapted for shift workers, helps healthcare employees sleep better and feel healthier. About 84 shift workers will either get six tailored therapy sessions or one session of basic sleep advice. Researchers will track sleep, mood, and quality of life for six months after treatment.
