Smart diuretic dosing could improve heart failure survival

Summary
This study tests whether using a urine sodium test to guide diuretic dosing helps people hospitalized with acute heart failure recover faster and have fewer heart-related events. About 556 adults will be randomly assigned to either the urine-guided dosing plan or standard care. The goal is to see if the tailored approach improves survival, reduces heart failure episodes, and is safe for the kidneys.
