Summary

This study tests whether using urine sodium levels to guide diuretic dosing helps people with acute heart failure recover faster and live longer. About 556 adults hospitalized with heart failure will receive either standard care or a tailored diuretic plan. The goal is to improve survival, reduce heart failure events, and enhance quality of life without harming kidney function.
