Summary
This study compared two exercise programs to help people regain balance after colorectal surgery. Sixty patients aged 25-40 were split into two groups: one practiced Tai Chi, while the other did core stability exercises, both starting 10 days after their operation. Researchers measured which approach better improved balance and reduced pain during the 8-week recovery period.
