Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week Sun Tai Chi exercise program can help university students who are experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression. Researchers will measure if the gentle movements improve mental health symptoms and also benefit heart health by looking at heart rate patterns. The goal is to see if this low-impact activity is a helpful and sustainable way for students to feel better.
