Summary

This study tested whether adding Tai Chi exercises to standard physical therapy could help older adults with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers compared three groups: standard therapy alone, therapy plus virtual reality training, and therapy plus Tai Chi. They measured improvements in balance, pain, and daily function after four weeks of treatment.
