Ancient exercise tested as modern sleep aid for stressed students
NCT ID NCT06200805
Summary
This study tested whether practicing Tai Chi for 24 weeks could improve sleep for college students with insomnia. Researchers compared 90 students doing Tai Chi, brisk walking, or no special exercise to see which was better for sleep quality. They also checked blood samples to understand if changes in body inflammation played a role in any sleep improvements.
