Summary

This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of a two-drug combination (tafasitamab plus lenalidomide) for adults with an aggressive type of blood cancer called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). It is for people whose cancer has returned or did not respond to 1 to 3 previous treatments and who cannot receive a stem cell transplant. The main goal is to see how well the treatment shrinks the cancer and how long the response lasts.
