Summary

This study aimed to understand how common groin pain is among teenage Taekwondo athletes and what physical differences exist between those with and without pain. Researchers measured hip strength, flexibility, and function in 80 athletes aged 12-17. The goal was to spot early warning signs to help prevent injuries and improve training safety for young athletes.
