Summary
This study tests whether a 12-session taekwondo-based exercise program can help older adults (ages 55+) prevent falls and improve balance. Twenty participants will be randomly assigned to either the taekwondo program or a standard fall prevention education group. The goal is to see if the program is practical and enjoyable, and whether it boosts physical function like balance and muscle strength.
